WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
All pre-orders have their estimated wait times listed in their description. This is usually around 30 days, but you should check the listing for the specific item you want to be sure. Your pre-order will be shipped around the number of days we have listed after the date you placed your order. For example, if you order a 30 day pre-order item on October 14th, your item will ship on or before November 14th.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRE-ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $30. A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1-3 business days. An expedited order placed before 9 PM (EST) during a regular business day will ship next business day. Orders placed after 9 PM (EST) or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Standard orders should arrive in 7-10 business days. Expedited orders will vary depending on the service selected. For example, if you placed an order before 1 PM (EST) on Friday and selected 3-day shipping, you would receive your order on Wednesday the following week barring any Monday holidays.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight. This amount is calculated at checkout.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping rates vary widely and will be calculated at checkout. In addition to standard shipping rates, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order (you) is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
DO YOU OFFER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations must be within 2 hours of when your order was placed. Once orders are processed and shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation.
WHAT DO I DO IF ITEMS ARE WRONG, MISSING, OR DAMAGED?
If you received the wrong item, are missing an item, received a damaged item, etc., please contact us within 10 business days so we can quickly correct your order and issue a credit or replacement. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
